What is the gift card?

How does the gift card work?

Once you have purchased the paper gift card, it will be sent to your home using the shipping method specified in the order. You will also receive a confirmation email containing the code or codes (if you buy more than one).

The code is valid as a gift voucher and must be used during the payment phase on our online store www.dogtraceitaly.it, by entering it in the appropriate field. The credit associated with the gift card can be used on multiple orders.

When does the gift card expire?

The gift card is valid for 6 months, after which it is canceled.
