Free deferred payment of the purchase price of goods and/or services, granted by the merchant to its customer, allows the customer to divide the amount of its purchases into small monthly installments at no extra cost. The customer buys now and pays a little at a time.

With HeyLight: do everything in the checkout and the outcome of the request happens in real time.

Only a few documents are needed:

• identity document

• health card

• A payment card such as an ATM or credit card (prepaid cards are not allowed)

small monthly fees are charged to your checking account if you use a debit card or, alternatively, to your credit card.

Please note that it is not necessary to submit a paycheck.

Shopping on e-commerce with HeyLight is simple, fast, 100% digital, and you will have the outcome of the request in real time.

Here’s how it works:

• once you have added the items to your cart, choose HeyLight as the payment method

• select the number of installments from those proposed

• enter your ATM-type debit or credit card information (prepaid cards are not allowed), alternatively, choose direct debit from your checking account

• verify your identity

• sign your request for deferment

In e-commerce only, you pay the first installment immediately while the remaining installments will be spread over the following months up to a maximum of 24 installments.

Please note that it is not necessary to submit a paycheck.

With HeyLight, you can pay for your purchases, either in-store or online, through payment cards such as ATM or credit cards, while prepaid cards are not allowed.

You can use HeyLight as a payment method at service-enabled stores or e-commerce sites.

Are you waiting for your order to be delivered but it is taking longer than expected and you want information about the delivery date? Have you received your order with missing and/or damaged items and want to file a complaint? In such cases, you need to get in touch directly with the e-commerce from which you made the purchase. If there are any delays on delivery, we recommend that you consult the shipment tracking that has been provided to you.

In fact, HeyLight is unable to modify or verify an order once it has been approved because it is handled by the online shop from which you purchased. See the e-commerce website or look for its references in the order summary if you wish to receive information. Please also note that e-commerce usually takes 48 hours to respond to their customers’ inquiries.

In the event of late payment or default on one or more installments, you may be charged fees.
