Dogtrace D-Mute is a safe and effective anti-bark collar to eliminate excessive or unreasonable barking from your dog. The collar is activated only by the vibrations of the vocal cords of the dog wearing it, thus avoiding the risk of a false trigger caused by another dog’s barking. The level of stimulation can be easily set via a magnetic stick .

The collar has a total of five operating modes ; it is possible to choose between the acoustic signal, three levels of stimulation pulses and the stimulation mode with increasing intensity in five degrees. The collar is very easy to use, compact and waterproof.

OPERATION

• Once the battery is inserted, the collar is in standby mode, ready for use but without consuming energy (standby).
• When the dog barks or howls (when he moves his vocal cords) the collar goes into action.
• During the initial bark, the receiver emits a beep or beep with a stimulation pulse, which depends on the selected mode.
• If the dog continues to bark, the device will again produce a beep or beep with a stimulation pulse.
• The collar will beep and stimulate 5 times and then stop automatically.
• After a longer pause in which the dog will not bark (10-15 seconds), the system will return to standby mode, i.e. the further barking will be accompanied by an audible or audible signal with a stimulation pulse.
• Once your dog gets used to the feature and stops barking after the beep, you can switch to Mode 1 (beep only which will be enough).
• The fifth mode with five increasing levels essentially copies the function of all previous modes. When the dog barks, a sound impulse and a low level of electrical stimulation are activated, then the highest level, and then the highest level.
